Growing a business is a lot to manage as one person
As our business grows, so does the need for some kind of infrastructure that can keep up with the growing demands.
We each have a unique way of doing things that works for us, using different tools and ways of navigating the process on a daily basis.
➡️ Managing client work in Asana.
➡️ Using Google drive for file management.
➡️ Using Evernote for client meeting minutes.
➡️ Using Notion for sales, process documentation, and an endless stream of to-do lists.
➡️ Using Google Sheets for planning.
But sometimes it can feel really scattered and frankly, a little overwhelming in our mind. 🤯

Let's say you want to create a campaign brief.
First, you duplicate the campaign brief template in Google Docs.

Next, you move it to the correct client folder.

After you've finished filling out the brief, you navigate to your project management tool to update the task with the Google Doc link.

Then, to get the client to review it, you open up Gmail and send the link asking for approval.
Sound familiar?
In this one example, we just switched between 3 different apps.
There is a crazy amount of connectivity between apps that we navigate every single day.
And here's the reality...
No matter how organized you are… switching between tools slows us down 🐢
