Here's what a BUILD IT session looks like:
You fill out an intake form before we meet, so we skip the small talk and get straight to it. You tell me what you do, how you do it… and I dig into what triggers the process, what the steps are, what you need to track, what information needs to be waiting for you every time.
Then I build it in ClickUp, live, while you watch. I talk through every decision as I make it, so if you're the kind of person who wants to understand the why, this is basically a 90-minute masterclass too.
By the end, you've got a working, ready-to-use solution built around exactly how you work… plus the ClickUp skills to refine it yourself.
You'll also walk away with the session recording, a shareable template of what we built, and access to The Reset Room community for follow-up questions as you implement.
