We're in ClickUp together the entire time – meaning by the end, you'll understand not just what was built, but why. Every field, every view, every hierarchy decision has a reason behind it.

Here’s what SIX WEEKS together looks like:

Weeks 1–3: We build.

Three 90-minute sessions, one per week, where we get into your actual ClickUp and build your system together live, and in real time. Each session picks up where the last one left off, so by week three you have a complete and custom system.

Weeks 4–6: You run it – and I'm right there.

This is where you take the wheel. Each week you have the option to book a 30-minute session if something comes up, and you have direct access to me in The Reset Room for anything in between. Most people don't need much here which is kinda the point. By this stage your system is already doing its job.
